Day 39 of 365

Today was full of lots of excitement.  I met Bryan in Pocatello to pick up the kids.  He was on his way to SLC to fly back to Illinois to take the older kids to their mom and to pick up his stuff so he can officially move out here.

Morgan had an interview with his preschool teacher.  He was so cute!  He is very excited to go to his school.  She asked him all sorts of questions - a few of my favorites

Q - "What is your favorite book?"  A - "I don't have a favorite book - my mom doesn't read to me!"  (Not necessarily true, don't the Scriptures and the Friend count?)

Q - "What is your favorite color?" A - "Black....  Orange....  Green....  Blue...." etc, etc through every color!

Miss Amy asked him to sing his ABC's and she was helping him along. When she got to "P", he put his hand up and said, "I want to sing it by myself!" so he started over and sang it himself.

When we got home this evening, Carson had received a letter from her first grade teacher.  She was so excited!!!  She read it to me several times.  Aren't I a lucky mom?

Carson had lots of fun playing with cousins today.  She got to hang out with Sammy and Abby most of the afternoon.  They are her two favorite people in the whole world.
