Day 25 of 365

Today was a long day!!!!  I worked and then went to the church to take pictures for the Daddy-Daughter Date Activity for the primary girls (which I loved doing by the way)....  when I returned home my children were gone with Memi and Papa so I had a few minutes to do some stuff I wanted to in peace and quiet - namely laundry and straightening up our part of the house.  When the kids got home, it was time for jammies, a little tv and bed.  Not much excitement here.  Sometimes though, bedtime is my favorite time of the evening - it can actually be blissful even :)

This is what happens when you tell your children
it is time to go to bed....  "I'm already asleep!"

"I can't hear you because I'm ignoring you."
.... Is it working?

"Really, I have to walk all the way upstairs?"

"I'll keep ignoring her, that was working
before."

"If I keep watching the television, maybe
she'll go away!"

Mom won and the kids are in bed :)  He's happy
about it....

She is NOT happy about it.  She won't turn to face me.

"I'm so sad you are putting me to bed...  Mom, will
you lay down with me?"

Of course I laid down with her and that was the end of the night....  Goodnight everyone!
