Day 5 of 365

I was so tired last night when I got home, I didn't post them.  We had a fun night!

Out to dinner with Shireen and Cloe...

And Brooklyn and Aunt Louie.

Cloe decided it was time to get her ears pierced.  This is
before the "lovely" event.  All smiles.

Thinking too much and getting a little nervous.

This was right after...  She was a little sad.

She perked right up when she knew she could
pick out some new earrings!
We love you Cloe and are so glad you let us share this evening with you.  You are a rock star!

Day 3 of 365

Every morning I hear from my little guy,
"Mom, can I play your IPod?"
This morning his wish came true.
Posing with Chase, he is the only one of Michelle's
kids willing to take a picture

Carson wanted to do silly faces.

Jumping on the trampoline, while the sprinklers
are going...  fun fun fun!

Project 365, Day 1

I've heard about this Project 365 before and now I'm gonna see if I can do it.  I always feel like I don't take enough pics of my kids, that our life isn't exciting because I work and my kids go to the sitters alot  ....  However, I'm willing to give it a try.  And I will have my mom help me.  When she has the kids, I will make sure she takes a picture.  My other bit of inspiration is that I finally found my camera.  It has been lost since the first week of May.  I found it today in my van when we were leaving church.  Another sign that this a good thing to do!  In the interim I did buy another camera on clearance, so I have two cameras and no excuses!

Day 1

Camera Found:

One of our Sunday traditions is to watch a movie or new Disney episodes...  I was able to get the kids smilin' on this one.

And then they are apart again, watching Phineas and Ferb, one of their favorites!

Princess Little rides a bike

Today, my little Princess learned to ride her two-wheeler with NO TRAINING WHEELS!  She was so excited.  She has ridden her bike nearly the whole day.  In fact, she has only been in the house about half an hour.  Riding around and around, getting better and better.  We went over to the church parking lot so that she could practice.  She has fallen a few times but gets back on every time.  I am so proud of her.  I will take pictures tommorrow, of her on her fabulous bicycle.

A New Chapter begins

A new chapter begins for me and my two little ones...  We have been living in Idaho since December 2009.  Things are working out so well for us.  We have been living with my parents.  Princess Little is attending kindergarten.  She graduates next week and finds out who her 1st grade teacher is.  She is excited, so excited.  I can't believe my little one is going to be in first grade this fall and 7 years old.  Little Spud is 4 1/2, such a big boy.  Both of the kids have been in a children's choir this year - having fun learning and performing.  Little Spud is going to preschool this fall.  He is very excited to go to school.  I am busy working and trying to take care of these precious angels.  We will be visiting Illinois at the end of the month so the kids can spend some time with their dad.  Actually, Little Spud is there right now.  Interesting having one child at a time.  I know that Princess Little misses her brother so much.  He probably isn't missing us so much because he is with his brothers (Abraham Lincoln and Clark Kent) and his sister (Zion).  Everytime I talk to him on the phone, he is so excited and having such a great time.
